Government funding is available for eligible individuals looking for Home Modifications to improve their safety and wellbeing around the home.

If you're over 65 and not currently the recipient of a home care package, visit our Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) page. If you're under 65 and a participant of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, visit our NDIS page.
